Don Juan's Spice Cake
This cake is nothing like your normal vanilla or chocolate dessert. Filled with Don Juan Chiles cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves, the flavor profile of this cake is indescribable.
This recipe works well as winter or holiday staple, but is just as delicious in any season with a cup of hot coffee.
Feel free to bake this cake ahead of time as it stays both moist and full of flavor for a couple of days inside of an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator, but be sure to serve at room temperature.
This cake is great topped with powdered sugar, cream cheese frosting, or nothing at all!
