Description
Alternate Names: Guajillo Picoso
From Mexico. Unlike original, milder guajillo chiles, these peppers were allowed to mature longer before being dried, increasing their heat. They excel in fruity, sweet heat reminiscent of berry and pine. It’s a spicy chile that’s great in pastes, butters, or rubs to flavor chicken and other meats. Try adding them to your favorite salsa recipe to create an amazing taste sensation for your tongue.
