Ground Mustard Seed
English cooks dot ham and beef with mustard. Caribbean cooks use ground mustard in fruit sauces. We suggest using ground mustard to easily make your own prepared mustards flavored with dill or horseradish…anyway you like. Ground mustard is great in dressings, vegetables, deviled eggs, poultry dishes, curries and especially hollandaise sauce. With dry mustard on hand, you can really re-invent the traditional. How about a sun-dried tomato and blue cheese burger for the grill?
