Borrage, also known as the starflower, is a flowering plant native to the Mediterranean traditionally used for fever and cough. 

Borrage is edible and tastes somewhat like cucumber. Borrage has a wide variety of uses – add it to roasted scallops, goat, pasta, and even some sweets. It pairs well with fennel.
