Found in Martinique, Saint Etienne were established in 1882. The distillery maintains its own plantation of 400 hectares. As a Rhum Agricole, this spirit is produced using the fermented juice of the sugar cane, as opposed to molasses or another sugar by product. The result is a grassy, fragrant rum, with notes of vanilla, toffee, banana, grassy cane, peppery spice, lime rind, powdered
