Bellini, Vincenzo - Autograph Letter Signed 1834 (repaired) last_6_months Crease across his chest notItalian composer (1801 1835), one of the greatest opera composers of the Bel Canto movement. Rare autograph letter signed by him, dated in Puteaux, France in June (1834), in Italian, with translation included. Size is 5. 25 x 6. 75 inches. Bellini mentions being in the country for the composition of an opera, I Puritani, which would be his last. Two small holes, not affecting the signature, overall yellowish tone, otherwise in very good condition.
